First Half: We started off strong when Jake Dennehy put a low ball across the box for Sam Collier to tap in. Then Robbie Harrison fired one in when he received the ball from a corner. Then Jake Dennehy made it 3-0 by placing the ball past the keeper in a one on one. Then Jake found Sam Collier again who claimed his second goal. With a mistake at the half way line, Warton managed to pull one back. However Jake Dennehy was on fire and scored again just before half time
Second Half: Now that the promotion pressure is off us our football seemed more relaxed and easy, as it didn't take long for Jake Dennehy to score his 44th goal of this season. We made another defensive error causeing warton to score again. Then Daniel Sutton managed to score when he twisted round a defender to beat the keeper. Warton pulled another back through yet again a mistake at the back. Jake Dennehy was fouled out side the box. Captain Josh Rudge took the free kick who fired it on to the crossbar and in. Then warton burst through and put in their fourth but we were too strong and too far ahead. Substitute Craig David-James tapped two consecutive goals in. then right winger Cameron Cregg scored. To finish off the match Connor stewart scored his first league goal when he fired it into the far top corner of the net from the left wing.
